Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship designed for university students to build business and leadership skills. From day one you’ll tackle real challenges and learn what it takes to run a successful operation in a team-based environment.

This temporary, part-time internship runs Jan 20, 2027 to Apr 17, 2027, paying $18.50 per hour for 15–25 hours per week, at White River Junction or Montpelier, VT. May/June 2027 graduates only.

Qualifications

• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating in May or June 2027.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during the internship.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute to the location(s) within 30 days of start date.
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Developes leadership and management skills while handling internship tasks.
• Contribute to planning and executing marketing strategies and customer relations.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition; potential incentives.
