Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• College degree or 3+ years of work experience preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a disability or leave claims environment required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Disability and Paid Family Leave claims within regulatory timeframes.
• Assess documentation to determine eligibility, duration, and benefits.
• Make timely decisions to approve, pend, or deny claims per regulations and policies.
• Communicate with claimants, policyholders, employers, and providers to obtain needed information.
