Enterprise Mobility invites rising seniors to join a 12-week Supervisor Trainee Internship in Missouri, with a paid, full-time schedule in our reservations division. Expect hands-on coaching, leadership development, and direct customer interaction to prepare you for future supervisor roles.

The program runs May 17 through August 6, 2028, at Weldon Spring with occasional work at Lakeside and Corporate locations. 18+ and US work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Must live in St. Louis or the immediate surrounding area for the duration of the internship.
• Must be willing to work out of Weldon Spring, Lakeside and Corporte offices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on leadership experience coaching and developing others in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Help supervise a team and handle customer interactions during the internship.
• Complete tasks and projects while engaging in friendly peer-based incentives and referrals.

Schedules:

This 12‑week program offers a full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule. This program will start May 17th and run through August 6th.

Location:

This internship is primarily located at our Weldon Spring office. There will be scheduled days when work is performed at our Lakeside and Corporate locations.

Benefits:

This position offers a starting pay of $ 17.25 / hour and includes paid training and more.

Program Details:

This 12‑week summer internship is targeting current rising Seniors at Colleges/Universities. The end goal of this internship program is to start in a position with Enterprise Mobility as a Supervisor Trainee in May 2028 (offer extended based on performance).

Responsibilities

When you join our Supervisor Trainee Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Supervisor Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to supervise a team, take care of customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete tasks and projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for incentives and employee referral rewards.
