Job summary

Union Home Mortgage’s IT Quality Assurance Analyst Intern program offers a real-world, hands-on environment during a 3-month summer term. Based at our headquarters in Strongsville, Ohio, interns work 40 hours per week and receive compensation while learning from senior leadership and IT professionals.

The role supports QA testing by reviewing requirements, creating and executing test cases, and documenting defects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree in related field.
• Ability to articulate and troubleshoot errors/defects.
• Displays creativity & abstract thinking when solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze functional requirements to ensure understanding of deliverables.
• Assist QA Testing team with developing test cases.
• Execute test cases and validate results; document defects.
• Report defects to the technical team and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, PM, BA, Dev).
• Assist troubleshooting issues.
