Job summary

Western Reserve Group in Ohio offers a multi-track IT internship: Application Services, Quality Assurance and Data Management. Interns will participate in requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, and deployment across projects for a growing regional insurer.

Interns will gain hands-on experience with front-end tech, SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Cognos/Power BI/Tableau) while developing professional skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in computer science or information systems from an accredited four-year high school, college, or university.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate through verbal and written communications with cross-disciplinary teams through the Software Development Lifecycle for multiple projects.
• Manage and communicate problems/incidents with appropriate escalations.
• Provide input into process improvement, automation opportunities and influence technical solutions.
