Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Information Technology Intern to gain hands‑on experience across enterprise IT domains, including data, cybersecurity, AI, and software development. This 3–4 month paid internship offers real projects, mentorship from leaders, and exposure to multiple departments.

You'll contribute to hands‑on projects from day one, learn best practices in development, security, and operations, and network with engineers and analysts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Coursework or experience in programming, data analytics, cybersecurity, or software development.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Support development, testing, and improvement of applications, data pipelines, or technology tools.
• Assist with data collection, validation, and basic analysis to support business needs.
• Help investigate and document technical issues, including data or security findings.
• Participate in coding, testing, debugging, and documentation activities.
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to translate business needs into technical work.
