Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CNM student in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Development, Information Technology, or a related program preferred.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts, databases, APIs, data integration, or workflow automation preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools is helpful but not required.
• Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communicator who is organized, dependable, curious, and eager to learn.
• Ability to follow structured development, documentation, security, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems.
• Support basic workflow automations using approved Microsoft tools.
• Assist with API-based integration tasks using REST/JSON concepts.
• Test integrations, automations, and system changes; document results and report defects.
• Monitor existing integrations for reliability, performance, and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot integration or automation issues and escalate as needed.
• Create and maintain entry‑level technical documentation.
• Support data‑quality activities by identifying duplicates and inconsistencies.
• Participate in version‑control processes using Git-based platforms.
• Follow established development practices for code management, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain traceability of work through tickets and source control.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve workflows.
• Follow least‑privilege data handling and secure development practices.
