Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support IT operations by assisting in hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Monitor control systems for cyber security vulnerabilities.
• Assist the Help Desk in resolving tickets.

Skills

Understanding of Windows Operating systems

Sound math and analytical skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of programming languages such as JAVA, C++, PowerShell

Understanding of cyber security principles

Basic understanding of computer networking and communications

Education
