Responsibilities

• Match and message candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Shadow candidate and client communications via emails and calls.
• Find gems on resume sites like ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster.
• Build targeted marketing lists in niche technical industries for the Sales team.
• Format resumes and create candidate marketing profiles.

We work as a team across Recruiters, Sales, Sourcers, and Lead Generators. While many recruitment firms rely heavily on cold calling, we focus more on pinpoint recruitment through targeted messaging that leads to warm conversations.

POSITION

Recruitment Sourcer Intern

Responsibilities may include:

• Matching and messaging candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Shadowing candidate and client communication via emails and calls
• Finding “gems” and highly specialized candidates on resume database sites such as ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and others
• Building targeted marketing lists in niche technical industries for the Sales team
• Formatting resumes and creating candidate marketing profiles
