Job summary

Glenmede, a leading independent wealth manager, invites rising seniors to join its 10-week Summer Internship in Philadelphia. The program runs June to August 2027 and focuses on sourcing, prospecting and client development in Private Wealth (Sales).

You will work in a hybrid setup, spending three days per week in the office, with networking events, a final group project, volunteering and exposure to professionals across the business.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and a rising senior (graduating between May 2028-December 2028).
• We accept varying majors, business majors preferred.
• Desire to be in a client facing role.
• Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out detailed work accurately and on time.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented, ability to analyze.
• Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, for the internship duration.

Responsibilities

• Roles and responsibilities will vary based on the department; interns support a wide range of activities and work professionally.
• At the end of your internship you will have exposure to wealth and investment management and experience in a focus area.
• You will work collaboratively with managers and specialists of all career levels.
