Polaris Inc. invites motivated students to join a 12-week Human Resources Internship (HRIP) across Minnesota locations.

The program offers hands‑on experience in HR business partnering, generalist support, and Centers of Excellence work, with potential pathways into leadership roles after successful performance. Interns engage in mentoring, leadership sessions, and cross‑functional projects, gaining exposure to employee relations, workforce planning, and talent analytics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with an intended graduation date between August 2027 - May 2029.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must commit to a full 12-week internship, 40 hours per week, in one of the specified date ranges.
• Open to geographic mobility and relocation opportunities.
• Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting.

Responsibilities
