SPX Technologies offers a 2027 summer Human Resources internship to gain hands-on experience supporting core HR functions, employee engagement initiatives, and daily operations within a global manufacturing setting. You will assist with recruitment, HR systems, onboarding, and compliance while developing professional skills in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
• Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume reviews, onboarding.
• Help with employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Gain exposure to HR systems, payroll, and organizational processes.
