Responsibilities

• Exhibits friendly and courteous behavior in all patient interactions.
• Maintains schedule and regular touch points with patients.
• Conducts Tympanometry and Otoscopic examinations within scope of practice.
• Perform hearing tests and recommend amplification options.
• Assist with fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and follow-up care.
