You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders, lead a retail team, manage customer interactions, and complete a business-focused project with presentation to leadership, gaining real-world exposure to retail management and journey toward a store-management career.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities
