Fossil Group, Inc. invites a Summer Graphic Design Intern to join the Time to Shine program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. The paid internship offers hands-on creative projects, portfolio-building opportunities, and mentorship from seasoned professionals.

You will contribute to graphic design, visual storytelling, campaign development, and cross-functional collaboration while learning brand guidelines and presenting a capstone project to leadership at program end.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, graduating Spring 2027–Spring 2028.
• Able to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Creative on real-world graphic design projects for marketing campaigns and brand collateral.
• Assist with layout, typography, illustration, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Help create presentations, mood boards, and branded collateral.
