This paid, hands-on program exposes you to planning, merchandising, inventory analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to meaningful projects. You'll support planning and merchandising with product, sales, and inventory analysis; allocate and replenish product to stores; analyze trends and inventory levels; prepare reports;

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Planning and Merchandising teams with product, sales, and inventory analysis.
• Distribute, allocate, and replenish product to stores to maximize sales and support inventory objectives.
• Assist with analyzing sales trends, product performance, and inventory levels.
• Monitor product availability and inventory levels across stores and identify opportunities to improve product flow.
• Generate and analyze reports, including style-selling and sell-through analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and prepare reports and business recaps.
