The role supports the Financial Operations Team with continuous improvement projects, administrative tasks, and the digitalization of processes and tasks. You will use Power BI, Excel Power Query, PowerPoint with ThinkCell, One Note and other tools to create efficiencies in reporting. The position includes infrastructure for CI ideas and automation, and you will assist with

Qualifications

• Enrolment in university or gap year between bachelor and master.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel is expected.
• Preferred: Power BI and Power Query proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Operations with continuous improvement projects.
• Create efficiencies in reporting using Power BI, Excel Power Query and ThinkCell.
• Assist in digitalization projects to automate manual tasks using RPA and related tools.
• Support the monthly tire payment process and document work instructions.
• Assist project management for new financial system implementation.
• Handle meeting support, calendar management, and ad-hoc reporting.
