ABA’s Internship provides students with a paid opportunity to work with one of the biggest trade associations in Washington, DC. This selective program offers hands-on experience across ABA's divisions, opportunities to connect with leadership, build a professional network, and contribute meaningfully to national policy and industry insights.

Based in Washington, DC, the internship requires onsite work at least two days per week.

Qualifications

• Financial analysis experience and data analytics capabilities are required.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and reporting tools is expected.
• Attention to detail is essential for accurate financial work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BankPac (Political Action Committee) audit supporting schedules and assist with gathering audit responses.
• Assist with ABACEF budget review and analysis.
• Assess how Workday Adaptive's predictive forecasting could be used for ABA.
• Evaluate potential integration of Domo operational data with Workday financial data to enhance dashboards & financial reporting.
• Support preparation and review of 990's for ABA and subsidiaries.
