Job summary

The American Bankers Association (ABA) offers a paid internship in Finance for undergraduate students. Located in Washington, DC, the program runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, with a 37.5-hour work week and on-site requirement of at least two days per week.

The role provides meaningful project work across ABA divisions, networking with leadership, and exposure to national policy and budgeting activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior at an accredited college with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2029.
• Strong financial analysis, data analytics and advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BankPac audit supporting schedules and assist with gathering audit responses.
• Assist with ABACEF budget review and analysis.
• Assess how Workday Adaptive's predictive forecasting could be used for ABA.
• Evaluate potential integration of Domo operational data with Workday financial data to enhance dashboards & financial reporting.
• Support preparation and review of 990's for ABA and subsidiaries.
