Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Field Project Management Intern for Summer 2027. This paid, full-time internship focuses on elevator/escalator projects in new construction and modernization, with hands-on experience on active jobsites.

You’ll gain exposure to a field-based PM role, develop strong communications, and learn to manage multiple tasks while contributing to Otis’ project teams. Start in June 2027 for 10–12 weeks, with potential future opportunities as a trainee.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and team interaction.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support field project management on elevator and escalator projects in new construction and/or modernization.
• Spend significant time onsite at active jobsites learning the Field Project Manager role.
• Assist with coordinating construction and modernization project activities and teams.
