Job summary

Qualifications

• Rising junior pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to travel locally for internship activities

Responsibilities

• Assist the customer service team by resolving issues using billing tools
• Implement guardrails for new billing-platform enhancements
• Handle complex billing-related issues
• Coordinate with peer and vendor teams
