Job summary

Rosendin’s Summer Internship Program offers a paid 12-week hands-on experience for students aiming to advance in electrical construction. Interns gain exposure to real projects and work alongside seasoned professionals in areas like Project Management, Engineering, BIM, Estimating, and Procurement.

You’ll perform meaningful tasks, receive mentorship from industry experts, and develop leadership and technical skills while exploring career paths in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Rising junior or rising senior status preferred.
• Familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit, Microsoft Office, and engineering analysis software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with electrical system design activities, including power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
• Support the preparation and review of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Assist with basic electrical calculations, engineering analyses, and project-related deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with engineering and construction teams.
• Support field visits and site observations to gain exposure to project execution and existing electrical systems.
• Learn and utilize industry software, tools, and engineering best practices while providing administrative and technical support to the engineering team.
