Job summary

Rosendin offers a paid 12-week Summer Internship Program designed for students ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Interns gain hands-on experience on active projects and work with experienced professionals across Project Management, Engineering, BIM, Estimating, and Procurement.

You will contribute to real projects, receive mentorship, and develop technical, professional, and leadership skills while exploring career paths in electrical construction.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a field aligned with Rosendin's work (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, etc).
• Rising junior or rising senior status preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with electrical system design activities, including power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
• Support the preparation and review of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Assist with basic electrical calculations, engineering analyses, and project-related deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with engineering and construction teams.
• Support field visits and site observations to gain exposure to project execution and existing electrical systems.
• Learn and utilize industry software while providing administrative and technical support to the engineering team.
