Job summary

Rosendin is offering a paid Summer Internship Program designed as a 12‑week hands‑on experience for students preparing to launch their careers in electrical construction. Interns gain exposure by working on real projects with experienced professionals across areas such as project management, engineering, BIM, estimating, procurement, and preconstruction.

You will contribute to active projects, receive mentorship from industry experts, and have the chance to take ownership of meaningful work

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation date of December 2027 or later in a field aligned with Rosendin's work.
• Rising junior or rising senior status preferred
• Majors include Electrical/Architectural/Construction/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
• Previous construction or engineering internship experience a plus
• Basic understanding of engineering principles
• Familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit, Microsoft Office, and engineering analysis software
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with electrical system design activities, including power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
• Support the preparation and review of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Assist with basic electrical calculations, engineering analyses, and project‑related deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with engineering and construction teams.
• Support field visits and site observations to gain exposure to project execution and existing electrical systems.
• Learn and utilize industry software while providing administrative and technical support to the engineering team
