Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a college or university program in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong technical fundamentals and a passion for building, testing, and improving real-world systems.
• Hands-on, analytical problem solving with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and work independently when needed.
• Quick learner, adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with 3D modeling, assemblies, and detailed drawings for energy and powertrain systems.
• Support electrical design, wiring harness work, and related electrical systems.
• Contribute to system architecture, requirements, and cross-functional coordination.
• Help prototype builds, testing, data collection, and design validation.
• Support manufacturability, tooling, and production process improvements.
• Assist with embedded software, controls, data analysis, and automation tasks.
