The 12-week program provides hands-on experience on real projects alongside experienced professionals across areas such as Project Management, Engineering, BIM, Estimating & Preconstruction, and Procurement & Supply Chain. Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a field aligned with Rosendin's work with expected graduation December 2027 or later.
Rising junior or rising senior status preferred.
Familiar with Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit, Microsoft Office, and engineering analysis software.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Assist engineers with electrical system design activities, including power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
Support the preparation and review of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Assist with basic electrical calculations, engineering analyses, and project-related deliverables.
Participate in project meetings and collaborate with engineering and construction teams.
Support field visits and site observations to gain exposure to project execution and existing electrical systems.
Learn and utilize industry software, tools, and engineering best practices while providing administrative and technical support to the engineering team.
