Job summary

ChristianaCare Newark Campus seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department Fellowship Track. This paid program prepares RNs with 1 year+ Med/Surg or Step Down experience to transition into the ED, with didactic training, hands-on rotations, and mentorship.

You'll rotate through high-acuity ED zones, gain ACLS/PALS/TNCC readiness, and work night shifts 7 p.m.–7:30 a.m. with weekend/holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred (or commitment to obtain within 3 years)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Med/Surg or Stepdown units
• Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and self-motivation
• Flexibility to manage a high volume of patients in a Level I Trauma Center
