Zinda Law Group is seeking a Paid Digital Specialist to own our paid advertising strategy and help us reach people who need us most. You’ll manage campaigns, optimize spend, and provide leadership with clear performance insights.

You’ll drive search and social initiatives, collaborate with leadership on brand strategy, and ensure ROI/ROAS improvements through data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, confident communicator when presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and beyond.
• Conduct deep keyword research to maximize budget efficiency and ROI/ROAS.
• Monitor and optimize campaign metrics via Google Analytics for peak performance.
• Produce weekly performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand strategy and vendor relationships.
