Job summary

Qualifications

• Thirty credit hours from an accredited college or university pursuing a degree.
• In Criminal Pre-Trial Services or Probation divisions, thirty credit hours in Behavioral or Social Sciences, or related field.
• Unofficial transcript must be included with your application.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, database research, document processing, filing, scanning, photocopying, and assisting court staff and members of the public.
• Assist with data collection and entry, clerical tasks, and customer service duties.
• Attend community planning meetings when required.
• Organize and scan paper files and upload into an electronic filing system.
