• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student.
• Foundational understanding of construction principles.
• Experience on projects valued at $5 million+ (design-build preferred).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to support project success.
• Collaborate with engineers and planners to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Support the creation of accurate project forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee cost management, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Take ownership of project execution and delivery.
• Contribute to preconstruction planning, quality assurance, and safety initiatives.
• Assist senior project managers in overseeing construction activities.
• Receive leadership and guidance to support project teams throughout all phases.
