Job summary

Brooks Building Solutions is seeking a Building Automation Inside Sales/Estimator Intern for Summer 2027 in Jacksonville, FL. Gain hands-on experience estimating and supporting commercial building automation projects throughout Jacksonville, including work connected to major developments such as the new Jaguars stadium and Four Seasons Residential.

This paid internship offers $20/hour, 40 hours/week, paired with a mentor, and exposure to executive-led talks and company events.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Rising junior or senior, registered for full-time classes for Fall 2027.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Available to complete a 10–12 week internship beginning May 24, 2027.
• Interest in building automation, HVAC, or commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing estimates, proposals, and quotes.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Support the sales team with customer and project information.
