Job summary

Brooks Building Solutions is seeking a Building Automation Inside Sales/Estimator Intern for Summer 2027 in Jacksonville, FL. Gain hands-on experience estimating and supporting commercial building automation projects, including work on major developments such as the new Jaguars stadium and Four Seasons Residential.

You will assist with preparing estimates, review project plans, and support the sales team with customer and project information while learning how building automation systems are

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Rising Junior or Senior, registered for full-time classes for Fall 2027.
• Available to complete a 10–12 week internship beginning May 24, 2027.
• Interest in building automation, HVAC, or commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing estimates, proposals, and quotes.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Support the sales team with customer and project information.
• Research equipment, materials, and project requirements.
