Job summary

Rice Lake offers full-time spring and summer internship opportunities for students majoring in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and related disciplines in Minnesota and surrounding states. Co-ops may be available during other times of the year, with paid experiences and potential hire after graduation.

Interns will work with Project Management, Estimating, or Production teams and gain exposure to safety standards, water/wastewater processes, means and methods, and collaborative

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Interest in safety standards, OSHA regulations, and construction methods.
• Willing to work on multiple sites across Minnesota and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Spec and Plan Review and takeoff/estimating exercises.
• Assist surveying, planning, and scheduling activities on projects.
• Support submittal reviews, site safety audits, and production tracking.
• Assist with material procurement and documentation control.
