Job summary

RAM Construction Services invites you to join our Spring/Summer internship in Minnesota. You will gain hands-on field and office experience while being mentored by seasoned estimators, project managers, superintendents and our director.

This is a unique chance to learn the commercial construction process in a supportive team environment. The program offers exposure to estimating, bid strategies, scheduling, submittals, and project forecasting, with a starting wage of $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field such as Construction Management or Business Administration.
• Strong reading and interpretation of blueprints and specs.
• Willingness to learn estimating and project coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with estimating and project management tasks.
• Gain exposure to bid strategies and negotiations.
• Support project scheduling activities.
• Assist with submittals and product knowledge (installation).
• Contribute to project forecasting and risk assessment.
• Support field safety and site visits as needed.
