Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Construction Intern to support Project Managers and Superintendents on site in West Lafayette, IN and other locations. The internship runs June 1, 2027, through August 6, 2027, with hands-on experience in planning, buyout, and project closeout.

You'll learn Landmark processes, safety and quality programs, and how to manage budgets, RFIs, submittals, and documentation. Travel to project sites is expected, with a focus on professional development and on-time

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science or Architecture preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning and closeout.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and change orders affecting schedule.
• Maintain logs and prepare progress reports.
• Assist with budget control and vendor coordination.
• Document site activities and capture progress photos.
• Support team meetings and maintain professional conduct.
