Job summary

RAM Construction Services, Inc. is seeking an accounting-inclined student in Livonia, MI to support the accounting team while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.

Qualifications

• Working towards completing your Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Accounting/Finance degree.
• Interest in construction industry preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail & computer skills.
• Creative problem solving skills.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare invoice and expense reports.
• Assist in collecting and preparing monthly financial reports for review.
• Communicating with accounts payable and accounts receivable to track invoices and other essential information.
• Assist accounting team with budgets, forecasting, audit and other accounting processes.
• Perform data entry for accounting functions including accounts payable, receivables and other processing.
• Create and maintain filing systems for accounting functions
• Perform any general clerical duties to assist the accounting department.
