Job summary

RAM Construction Services is seeking an Accounting Intern in Livonia, MI to support the finance team with daily tasks and reporting.

Responsibilities include helping prepare invoices and expense reports, collecting monthly financial data, and assisting with budgets, forecasting and audits.

Working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, you should have strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, plus excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help prepare invoices and expense reports.
• Assist in collecting and preparing monthly financial reports for review.
• Communicate with accounts payable and accounts receivable to track invoices and other information.
• Assist accounting team with budgets, forecasting, audit and other accounting processes.
• Data entry for accounting functions including accounts payable, receivables and other processing.
• Create and maintain filing systems for accounting functions.
