Job summary

The Community Outreach Intern at Green Bay Packers supports in-kind donation requests, aids community programs and events, and assists with football outreach at Lambeau Field. The approx. 2027 internship runs January–December, 40 hours/week with potential overtime, including nights, weekends, and game days.

This paid internship requires flexibility for schedule and attendance at home games and marquee events. Start/end dates may shift by team needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including Zoom and MS Office 365.
• Energetic personality with strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Open all donation correspondence and prepare for review/processing.
• Educate donation requestors on online process and guidelines.
• Process school letters and student project requests.
• Enter Beefs, Eagle Scout Recognitions and Military Retirement Requests in BlackBaud system.
• Update post-event donation information in the database.
• Fulfill donation requests at distribution center (picking/packing/shipping).
• Aid in planning and coordinating community events and programs.
• Assist with social media and event photography.
• Assist with outreach publications and mailings.
• Support football outreach events and research projects as directed by Community Outreach Manager.
