Job summary

Green Bay Packers are seeking a Community Outreach Intern to support in-kind donations, assist with community programs, and help with football outreach events at Lambeau Field. The role runs for about one year, January–December 2027, with a 40-hour work week and potential overtime.

Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required, including game days. The intern will review donation requests, coordinate with requestors, and assist with publication writing and social media for community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Zoom and MS Office 365.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Open donation correspondence and prepare for processing.
• Educate donors on online donation process and guidelines.
• Process school letters and Flat Stanleys from students.
• Log donations in the BlackBaud system and update post-event info.
• Assist with planning community events and programs.
• Take photos for events and assist with social media posts.
