The internship is paid, full-time for 10 weeks, and based in Texas, Georgia, or Virginia. The program includes networking, coaching, and practical learning across campaigns, content development, and media monitoring.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or English.
Expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong grammar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with social media and CMS preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
Prior internship in communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

Draft, edit, and proofread communications materials for internal announcements, press releases, and digital content.
Plan and execute internal and external communication campaigns and events.
Research industry trends and media coverage to inform strategies.
Update content on internal platforms and external digital channels.
Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent messaging.
Assist with media monitoring and reporting on communications effectiveness.
Provide general administrative support to the Communications team.
