Job summary

Poznecki-Camarillo (PCI) is seeking motivated and enthusiastic students to join our Internship Program. This program offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional and collaborative environment while working alongside experienced professionals in the fields of Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Public Involvement, Mapping/Surveying, HR, Marketing, or Accounting.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Work in an office setting with occasional site visits.
• Uphold PCI’s professional standards and integrity.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to project locations.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with professionals across Civil, Environmental, Public Involvement, Surveying, and Business Operations.
• Participate in real-world projects that support company initiatives and community impact.
• Gain hands-on experience with practical applications in your field of study.
• Learn from industry experts in a collaborative, team-focused setting.
• Contribute to research, data collection, reporting, and project support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and design.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement or innovative project solutions.
