Job summary

Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) is seeking a part-time College Intern in Learning & Development in Orange, CA. You will provide administrative support for employee training, help prepare materials, and assist with onboarding and leadership development programs under supervision.

You will gain hands-on experience in coordinating programs, analyzing data, and improving learning initiatives, while working with mentors across the L&D team and other departments.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time college student (freshman–senior).
• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in related fields.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for training initiatives.
• Assist with preparing and organizing training materials.
• Support in-person workshops, onboarding, and leadership development programs.
• Collect, analyze, track, and report training data.
