Job summary

Mitotec Precision is offering a Maintenance Youth Apprenticeship for high school juniors or seniors in a CNC machining environment. You will work closely with skilled maintenance technicians to service, troubleshoot, and maintain precision equipment, bridging classroom learning with hands-on mechanical and electrical experience.

You will report to the Operations Manager, participate in safety protocols, and gain exposure to PM activities on CNC mills, lathes, and routers while maintaining a safe

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an approved high school Youth Apprenticeship Program (ideally with a Manufacturing focus).
• Strong interest in CNC machinery, robotics, mechanics, or industrial maintenance.
• Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical drawings, or hand tools is a plus.
