Job summary

Mitotec Precision in Wisconsin is seeking a Working Machining Set up Technician-A who will ensure scheduled machines meet utilization and first pass yield goals. You will perform thorough, detail-oriented setups, operate 1st or 2nd shift options, and adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.

The role requires a High School diploma, 3+ years machining experience, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical machining diploma is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of machining experience with a good work history.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to meet production schedules and goals.
• Perform quality checks and document results for each part.
• Input hourly and production data into the tracking system.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow company policies.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork to reach targets.
