Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good listening skills.

• 18 years of age or older; ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: meals, feeding, ambulation, turning, positioning, hydration.
• Monitor vital signs; record intake and output; maintain resident stability.
• Provide comfort; transport; respond to call lights; report observations to nursing supervisor.
