NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our facility in Florida. Train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at no cost through our employer-sponsored program, while supporting residents with daily activities and care.

Qualifications

• Help serve meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake, and output.
• Answer call lights and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Transport residents as needed throughout the facility.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Provide comfort, companionship, and compassionate support to residents.
