Qualifications

• Must commit to a full-time course (Mon–Fri, 8 hours/day) for 4 weeks.
• Must have excellent attendance and reliable transportation.
• Paid training at $17.50/hour; after graduation, promoted to CNA at $22/hour with potential shift differentials.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and perform full care tasks for residents.
• After graduation, must be able to work days, evenings, or overnights, and cover 2 weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Engage in training programs to learn healthcare protocols and procedures.
• Learn and apply fundamental nursing skills under supervision.
• Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents.
