Job summary

After completing the class, starting wages rise to $20/hour on the floor, with shift differentials for afternoon and midnight shifts and an additional weekend premium. Upon CNA certification, base pay increases to $21/hour, with full-time and part-time roles

Qualifications

• Must be caring, compassionate and understanding.
• High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with eating and drinking
• Ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management
• Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
• Documenting the care that was provided
• Providing treatment per the ADL/treatment book
• Answering resident call bells and responding to needs promptly.
