Job summary

Countryside Care Center Rehab & Nursing Facility offers a Paid CNA Training Program designed to help individuals become Certified Nursing Assistants. The program combines classroom instruction with supervised clinical training in a skilled nursing setting.

Starting CNA pay is $19.50 per hour, with paid clinical training at $15.50 per hour for about 40 hours per week during the program. After successful completion, participants may be offered a full-time CNA position and eligible for benefits

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Able to commit to a full-time training schedule.
• Able to care for older adults with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for residents during training and after completion.
• Assist with activities of daily living under supervision.
• Support nursing staff and participate in supervised clinical training.
