After successful training and certification, you will join the team providing routine daily personal care and ADL support per each resident's plan of care. This role emphasizes documentation, observing changes, meals, mobility, and transport, in a compassionate care setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Alabama CNA certification or obtain certification within 120 days of hire.
• Experience as a CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and activities of daily living (ADL's) care to residents.
• Keeps residents rooms and care areas clean and neat.
• Documents care as instructed and required.
• Reports changes in resident condition to charge nurse.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Monitors and records vital signs.
• Encourages residents to participate in activity programs.
• Assists with meals and feeding.
• Responds to call lights promptly.
• Performs other duties as directed.
